in the GEO Annual Conference are Accounting, Administrative Practice, Business Law, Communications,Personal Development, Personnel/ HR, SpecializedKnowledge and Applications and Taxes. Program levelsfor sessions are designated in each workshop descriptionwith the notation I for basic, II for intermediate and III for advanced. Sessions designated as basic (I) have no prerequisites. These sessions are designed for individualsnew to equity compensation or those with limited expe-rience. Intermediate sessions (II) build upon informationdiscussed in the basic program. These sessions aresuited for individuals with between three and five years’experience in equity compensation or commensurateeducation. Advanced sessions (III) are most useful forindividuals with more than five years’ experience in equity compensation or commensurate education.These sessions focus on the development of in-depth or specialized knowledge. Sessions for individuals witha wide range of experience are designated with the appropriate combination of levels. The instructionalmethod is group-live and no advanced preparation is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel your Conference registration between 22 February 2014 and 26 March 2014, GEO will refund one-half (50%) ofthe original Conference registration fee for canceled registrations. After 26 March 2014, there will be no refunds.

If you are not able to attend and you must cancel your Conference registration after 26 March 2014, you will have the option of substituting anotherperson from your organization to attend in your place, provided the individual complies with any membership or other registration requirement. Pleasecontact [email protected] for assistance with any Conference attendance changes.

If you wish to cancel your Conference registration after 26 March 2014, and there is no one to attend in your place, and you feel there are extenuatingcircumstances surrounding your cancellation, you will need to contact [email protected] regarding your desire to cancel your registration.

For new members joining GEO in conjunction with conference registration, the amount of your fees attributable to membership are not refundableunder our Conference cancellation policy.
