Fall Curriculum Nights (very low attendance), Accelerated Reader, Talent Show, Envisions Math
NOTE: Teachers requested that there be an additional category that they wanted to call the recycle bin. Teachers described these items as those that are “positive and should be kept, but may need repurposed or redesigned.”

Field Day (Held earlier in the school year when the temperatures are cooler), Guidance Lessons for classrooms (Higher frequency), Study buddy spelling, Christmas Social/Secret Santa
Part Two: Sharing the processed data with the staff
The positive culture present at Stovall-Shaw is showcased through this simple task. The teachers shared that they enjoyed the opportunity to have conversation with grade level colleagues while denoting their input. Conducting a subsequent meeting would be a great opportunity to further discuss the findings and invite the teachers to continue to contribute to the changing culture at Stovall-Shaw.
