    Revised spreadsheet to allow user to input a value for reduction in capacity due to "freeboar

    emergency in relation to the top of headwall. Researched the validity of using a weir coeffici

    value of 3.1 from the EFH Ch. 3 is not valid for drop box structures. The Hydraulics Formul

    uses a varying coefficient based on h/w and b/w correction factors and is dependent on the

    between 2.6 and 2.9 for typical size structures.

    Revision Notes

    Corrected values for number of bar #1 calculated for #4 size rebar. Added 9" floor thicknesequivalent for #4 rebar chart. Changed value in F18 to reduce for edge clearance. Freebo

    #4 rebar table for reference on printouts.
