POWER SYSTEM: Cummins engine and NIKKO transfer case featuring a powerful transmission and reliable operation.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: a) Uses a constant power open hydraulic system.

b) NIKKO electronic control reversing system features simple operation, easy maintenance and reliability.

PUMPING SYSTEM: a) The truck can pump concrete with the trailer pump or using external pipes.

b) NIKKO advanced silencing technology ensures low noise and decreased vibration during pumping operation.

c) The D-valve provides for easy cleaning and maintenance.

d) Utilizes wear-resistant eye plates and cutting rings for reduced operating costs.

e) The rear drive uses an S-pipe and shaft-less hopper for smooth flow, pump efficiency, and lower pressure loss.

f) Constant pressure is applied automatically to adjust the clearance between the S-pipe and eye plate, for automatic sealing and to prevent cement leakage.

g) Automatic material detection alerts operator via indicator lights.

WASHING SYSTEM: An external water tank is used for easy operation. The large-capacity high-pressure washing device is fitted to the washing chamber, and is used for cleaning the concrete pipe. A high-pressure water pump is used for cleaning the hopper and truck body.

BOOM-OUTRIGGER SYSTEM: a) A WELTEN590RE high-strength steel plate is used for the structure.

b) Rotation at any angle is achievable by the rotary table. Concrete can be deposited by the boom at the operator’s discretion.

c) The front outrigger is arched while the rear outrigger rotates horizontally.

CENTRALIZED LUBRICATION SYSTEM: A centralized lubrication system is used for the D-valve and concrete delivery cylinder of the pump truck. The hydraulic control servo-lubricating valve assures efficient lubrication.
