REDUCTION GEARBOXThe gearbox unit, which is special ly designed for a balanced distr ibut ion of power to the var ious mixing devices, ensures a high eff ic iency and low-noise rotat ion.

MAINTENANCE ACCESSA large access faci l i ty al lows for easy maintenance and cleaning. The key-operated safety switch guarantees the motor cannot be powered when the cover is open.

CE PLUG BOXES

The Water Pump is designed to deal with high water drainage. I t can be put in narrow drain pits. The mater ia l of the Pump is stainless steel and does not require maintenance. Smal ler granules which are less than 12mm in diameter can pass through the screen in the pump. The screen can be removed and cleaned without any special tools.

WATER PUMP

The Batching Plant’s conveyor belt is a simple structure which makes i t easy to instal l and maintain. I t can be folded, with no disassembly required, offer ing convenience when transport ing i t . The discharging height can be adjusted for di fferent height trucks. The conveyor belt runs rel iably and is control led autonomously through central ized control.
