Approach

5

Strategic Advisory• Client company requires an in-depth review of strategic alternatives to addressing capital

needs

Refinance• Refinancing certain debt, or in conjunction with new debt, to alleviate liquidity concerns,

provide for growth capital or finance an acquisition

Restructure

•If refinancing is not possible, restructuring the existing capital structure will be required, short of a bankruptcy reorganization

Sell Assets or Company

•To the extent new or restructured financing is not a viable option, the company may sell certain assets, divisions, or the company as a whole

Bankruptcy

•If all else fails, a bankruptcy reorganization will be required, in which case, DIP financing would be necessary
