A design solution that is concerned on the harmonious relationship of natural and man-made forms in response to context, culture and construction approach. The design seeks to grasp the heart and identity of the place to showcase its special aspects and enhance the farm resort experience of users. The unified features of the place seeks to exhibit the innermost peculiarity of the development and promote a distinct sense of place which attempts to retain on the user's memory of a pleasant environment.

(a) Context - refers to all the climatic, social/cultural, legal and especially intuitive aspects of a site(b) Culture - refers to the human behavioral aspects of a project such as the activities as per occupant needs, the history of its people, and local traditions as a source of the place's identity (c) Construction - encompasses the basic concepts for the materials, structure, assemblies and services of physical building that influence the direction of design ideas.

"Sense of Place"It is a combination of characteristics that makes a place special and unique. Sense of place involves the human experience in a landscape, the local knowledge and folklore.
