2. (15%) Write a 5 page review of a book on planning and/ or development. Your book must be chosen by March 1st. The review is due May 1st.

3. (35%) Write an original 15 page paper on planning and/or development . Your paper outline is due by March 1st. The paper is due April 19th.

4. (05%) Briefly discuss your paper during one of the last three days of the seminar.

5. (30%) Write a comprehensive final examination on al l readings assigned and all discussions in the seminar.
