ThefollowingSafetyTalkwillintroducesomebasicofficeergonomicsconceptsandshouldbereviewedbyallemployeeswhoworkatacomputerforatleasthalfoftheworkday.
Ergonomics isathattermwe'rehearingmoreandmoreoften.Whatdoesitmean?Ingeneralterms,ergonomicsisthestudyoffittingthejobtotheworkerratherthantheworkertothejob.Inrelationtocomputeruse,Colby’sgoalistoprovidetherightequipmentandteachyoutoadjustyourworkstationtobeergonomicallycorrectwithaslittlephysicalstrainaspossible.
