    Computer vision syndrome a temporary condition resulting from focusing

    the eyes on a computer display forprotracted, uninterrupted periods of time

    headaches,blurred vision, neck pain, fatigue, eye strain,dry and irritated eyes, double vision,polyopia, and difficulty refocusing the eyes

    Glaucoma is characterized by increasing loss of

    peripheral vision eventually leading to severevision loss

    (VDT), which is a computer terminalconsisting of a screen on which data

    or graphics can be displayed. Most common among workers who

    spent more than 5 hours a day gluedto their computer screen

    Mental symptoms: lethargy, anxietyand "reluctance to go to work

    Sleep disorders: insomnia and fatigue
