1.1 Electrical Installation

NEW INTERNAL LIGHTING (HEIGHT – 10m, 250 LUX) REPARATION OF EXISTING TASK LIGTHING

RE-ROUTE CHILLED WATER PIPELINE - COMPRESSED AIR – EXISTING COMPRESSOR AND RADIATOR TO BE RE-POSITIONED NEXT TO THE EXISTING FILTER AND DRYER PLANT. The Employer will provide Professional Indemnity insurance of R50m with a first deductible of a R1m in aggregate. The Employer will provide Contract Insurance cover in joint names of the Employer and Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for the first deductibles for claims which initiates as follows:- Fire, explosion, testing and commissioning : R500 000- Storm and other perils : R250 000- Any other loss : R100 000- Public liability : R100 000
