wellness to be part of the organization’s culture.

• To begin with, a wellness committee should be formed constituting a representative mix of management staff and employees.

develop a mission and goals for the organization related to wellness that is incorporated into overall formal goals and objectives.

1) The Health Risk Assessment (HRA). This is a survey to evaluate the risk factors of each individual in the organization. The HRA pinpoints the exact risk factors that individuals within a company are dealing with.

to address the risk factors through wellness coaches. These coaches are specially trained to analyze and review the HRA in order to create and guide the employee to implement a plan of action.Wellness coaches not only provide a line of support but also a line of education.

3) Support programs. They encourage the employee to carry out their action plans. These programs should cater for the employees needs and may include:
