Comprehensive home care solutions…
What began with a single nurse, Anna B. Hillock,
setting out on a bicycle in 1898 to deliver home
care to her neighbors, is now one of the state’s
leading providers serving clients in more than
40 communities each day. Along the way,
VNA has also greatly expanded its scope of
services and embraced advances in medicine
and technology. Today, residents of Morris and
Hunterdon counties know that one call to VNA
opens the door to quality, patient-centered
home health care delivered by dedicated,
supportive professionals.
When you select VNA as your home health
care provider, you are choosing:
• One of the top providers in the state based
upon patient outcomes.
• An agency that consistently earns nearly
perfect ratings in independent client
satisfaction surveys.
• A highly respected organization with a long,
distinguished history as leader and innovator
in the field of home health care.
We serve the
homebound, as
well as family
members who
often function
as their primary
caregivers.
A trusted source…
Unsolicited testimonial letters are just one of
many ways we receive feedback from our clients
and their loved ones. Here are excerpts from
just a few:
“VNA care was integral to my mother’s ability
to avoid a nursing home. Your Friendship
House staff and social workers guided us
through an emotional and confusing time
and recommended the hospice program in
the last months of her life. Hospice nurses
then provided gentle care and support.”
“ If all of your nurses are as good as Daureen,
you have a truly amazing staff. We could
not be more pleased with the care she
provides.”
“ I commend your outstanding physical
therapy program. My therapy was
comprehensive and effective and my
therapist, Candace, performed her work
with compassion, warmth and a sense
of humor. She has significantly improved
my ability to function on a daily basis.”
We help our
clients enjoy their
optimum level
of independence
and best possible
quality-of-life.
We’re at home providing care…We are changing the course of lives each day:
When Vikki (cover photo) first met her VNA nurse, her greatest fear was being confined in a nursing home. With the assistance of VNA professionals, Vikki was able to live independently.
Ron and his mother, Nancy, (far left photo) reached out to VNA Hospice to care for his declining father. After his father’s death, VNA reached out to comfort the family on the loss of a beloved member of the family.
Once a caregiver for her late husband, Frances (center photo) turned to VNA when her own health began to decline. Thanks to VNA, Frances is able to feel secure in her home and cook her favorite recipes.
One call for all of your needs…
