Building Plan Application Form: (SIDC-USER)

1. Visit Greater Noida Web Site http://www.greaternoidaauthority.in/

2. Click on Button "Ease of doing Business facilitators"

3. Investors are redirected to GNOIDA Smart IE application

4. Click on Client Portal and login with credentials provided to you (Client).

5. Go to Building Plan Click on Building Plan Form.

6. Fill the form with required documents and other required information asked in the form

7. A reference number will be generated please note it down for future references.

8. You will be directed to Payment gateway For Building Plan Approval Charges.

Building Plan Approval Procedure

9. Click on Building Plan portal.

10. Login with Credentials given to a JE.

11. Go to Inspection Click on Building Plan Approval/Rejection Process.

12. Forward JE’s action and remarks for further evaluation and procedure.

13. Login with asst. Architect .

14. Forward Asst. Architect action and remarks for further evaluation and procedure.

15. Login with Architect Planer

15. Forward Architect Planer action and remarks for further evaluation and procedure.

16. Login with CEO Credentials

17. CEO will evaluate and end the process of building plan by final Approval/Rejection

How to Download Approval Letter

1. To Download Approved Letter Login with Login Credentials Given to you(Client Login).

2. Go to Process and click on View Letters.

3. Click On View Letters to View/Download Approved Letter
