COUNT: 01 UNLAWFUL SEX WITH AN ANIMAL - CLASS A MISDEMEANOR

That Lawrence Jones, in violation of Section 566.111, RSMo, committed the class A misdemeanor of unlawful s

with an animal, punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011 and 560.016, RSMo, in that on or about March 312013, in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant digitally penetrated the genitals of a horse, and did sfor the purpose of arousing or gratifying his sexual desire.

COUNT: 02 TRESPASS IN THE FIRST DEGREE - CLASS B MISDEMEANOR

That Lawrence Jones , in violation of Section 569.140, RSMo, committed the class B misdemeanor of trespass the first degree, punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011 and 560.016, RSMo, in that on or about April 24,2013, in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant knowingly remained unlawfully upon real propertylocated at 9115 Natural Bridge Road and possessed by Wade Spell, notice against trespass upon said real estatehaving been given by actual communication to the defendant.
