Great Man Theory "Great leaders are born, not made"? You're either a natural born leader or you're not. The
term "Great Man" was used because, at the time, leadership was thought of primarily as a male quality, especially in terms of military leadership.
Contingency theory a class of behavioral theory that contend that there is no
one best way of leading and that a leadership style that is effective in some situations may not be successful in others. University Program Board Vice President – President – Vice President We change boards yearly, where one communication
technique or style of leadership can change year to year.
DIVERSITY IN THE WORLD IS A BASIC CHARACTERISTIC OF HUMAN SOCIETY, AND ALSO THE KEY CONDITION FOR A LIVELY AND DYNAMIC WORLD AS WE SEE TODAY.
North Allegheny Wasn’t really exposed to a lot, didn’t really learn about
diversity until SRU. Diversity is everywhere Constantly learning St. Lucia
Eye-opening experience Changed my outlook on life/America
Ask questions, always be open to learning Just need to be open Always listen to people around you Try to also learn from one another Step outside of your comfort zone
