• We use comparatives to compare two people, animals, things.
• One syllable adjective: –er than
eg. tall- My sister is taller than me.
• Two or more syllables: more than eg. beautiful- Fiona is more beautiful than Chucky’s bride.

• Two or more syllables: the most eg. beautiful- the most beautiful
