SUMMARY

Dear Sirs,

We are glad to offer to your consideration our method of remote investigation and research of commercial mineral recourses with geoholographic complex of deep probing “POISK”.

The work of complex “POISK” is based on technological know-how (geohydrodiagnostics, resonance geoholography) of patented stationary and mobile equipment of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).

This method is applicable for search of any targeted commercial recourses at the vast territory, determining deposit outlines, providing deposit estimation and recommendations regarding their use.

Remote Earth probing is performed with narrow beam of SHF (10-60 ТHz). Specific signal of targeted substances (minerals) are formed above the deposit surface and registered by equipment of high sensitivity.

Detailed aerial and satellite photography detects electromagnetic anomalies at the investigated area and maintains the efficiency of search works at vast territories.

Processing the photographs with chemical solutions is followed by reading characteristic information and the energy spectrum signals of the targeted substance (mineral). Test processing of the acquired spectra is performed to identify the view and to outline the mineral deposit at the search area. Portable (mobile) nuclear-magnetic resonance (NMR) equipment allows to specify the boundaries of the deposit in the field, their outlining and transferring to the regional topographic map. Profiles, lens and ore body dimensions, layers depths and other physical parameters of the substances (temperature, density, fluidity, pressure, concentration > 0.5 mg/kg ) are measured.

The acquired data is used for producing 3D image of the oil and gas deposit, ore body, water reservoirs, underground (underwater) objects and also for their boundaries detection.

As a result of investigation of seven major deposits in Russia VITAVA company obtained the data (deposit boundaries, volume, depths, quality characteristics), that confirmed the results of previous researches carried out by conventional methods.

There were discovered new deposits of drinking water, platinum, diamonds, oil in the United Arab Emirates, oil, gas and potable water in Greece and Mauritania; oil, gas, a gas condensate (three deposits), copper, silver, diamonds, uranium, chrome, magnesium in Russia; gas, a gas condensate, platinum, gold, uranium in Ukraine. Results have been confirmed by drilling.

As a result of investigation of seven major deposits in Russia VITAVA company obtained the data (deposit boundaries, volume, depths, quality characteristics), that confirmed the results of previous researches carried out by conventional methods.

Since December 2007, VITAVA company has been closely cooperating with the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Due to the interest to our method, negotiations with the Congolese delegation resulted in signing the Preliminary Agreement on data acquisition and estimation of methane gas resources near the Lake Kivu. The delegation visited Kyiv (Ukraine) for the purpose of detailed acquaintance with the method "Poisk" as well as with potential and possibilities of VITAVA company and its experts.

Since December 2007, VITAVA company has been closely cooperating with the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

In February 2009 method “Poisk” passed probations at 5 control oil fields in Utah (the USA). Our specialists were informed only about the geographical coordinates of this objects. Object size is 100 km ² each. Deposits have been studied for the last ten years by the local oil companies and their probe drilling gave results of oil presence, geometrical parameters of petroliferous horizons, oil formation pressure, physical and chemical fluid characteristics.

Results of our investigation work were handed over to the group of independent experts.

Comparing of the data received by the method “Poisk“ with the available geological data of these deposits, there was registered 100 % coincidence of results obtained with both methods at four objects and 98 % - at the last object.

The high percentage of data acknowledgement proves the high efficiency of the method “Poisk" which does not have analogues in the world.

For the purpose of the method efficiency acknowledgement our company has carried out works on detection of diamondiferous deposits in the territory of the Democratic Republic of Congo. We have received the following results:

Seven kimberlitic pipes were discovered with the top formation layer located at the depth of 20 – 60 m, and the bottom layer – at 285 – 400 m. Diamondiferous type-rocks were found at the depth of 40-50 m. It proves that diamondiferous type-rocks have been washed out by underground water circulation for thousands of years. Underground water zones can be found in the most parts of the territory of the DRC and underground water moves in the direction from the East to the West at depth of 7.5 – 8 m. This method allowed to trace its movement.

In the direction of underground water streams we detected large amount of diamondiferous alluvial placers which were formed in the result of water degrading of some kimberlitic deposits discovered by our specialists.

For the purpose of the method efficiency acknowledgement our company has carried out works on detection of diamondiferous deposits in the territory of the Democratic Republic of Congo. We have received the following results:

For work performance, we were not provided with all existing kimberlitic and colored diamonds samples of the investigation region. Therefore we found the deposits (kimberlitic pipes) which contain only the type-rocks and alluvial colorless diamonds indicated and available for us as samples for investigation.

While research work we investigated in details a large kimberlitic placer with the zone of spreading of 7 km ². Kimberlitic placers are situated at the depth of 50 – 350 m, diamondiferous – at the depth of 70 m. It can be explained by the powerful underground water stream located at 10 - 12 m depth, which carried out the kimberlits. Crater diameter and geometrical model of the deposit will be defined the second stage of work performance.

To the West from the kimberlitic placer zone, on the depth of 10 – 10.5 m we discovered the chain of alluvial diamonds with the diamondiferous layer of 0.45 m.

Numerous gas leakages from the underwater gas pipeline (depth 30 m) and aviation fuel from storehouses, migration ways of contamination caused by these substances in

underground water horizons (depths 18-24 m); Underground stock of explosives of the Second World War (depth 6 m), chemical

warfare agents under water and silt layer (depth 18-20 m).

This equipment provides opportunities for remote ecological monitoring and technical diagnosis of variable underground and underwater objects.

Laboratory results proved the expediency use of the complex in search and rescue works (searching for trapped people and valuable objects under the obstructions, “black boxes” of the air crash accidents, etc.)
