of Turkmenistan. Site supervision was performed by the Client officers. 145 people worked simulatenously at the

projects busiest point.

Goverment of Turkmenistan, in the face of Ministry of Education, acted as the client for turn-key project for EPC of

Kindergarten for 200 places with improved comfort.

Project duration of 18 months, and lump sum of 4,900,000 US dollars was tendered, and won by HAKYDA HJ.

Project consisted of three main blocks, technical block, a small gallery, landscaping and fencing. Overall, 12000 m2

of usable space was created in two levels. Project included classrooms, sleeping areas, small gymnasium, playing

for turn-key project for EPC of Congress Centre for VIP guests.

Design was tendered for lump sum of 900,000 USD, and performed by teams of HAKYDA HJ.

feedback from site was quickly incorporated, and local peculiarities of project were handled timely and with

4m, hollow bricks were used. Afterwards, plastering and painting works were conducted.

including painting, and facade works.
