Companies Terms & Conditions Our Professional Fees:-

Level Gross CTC Service Charges

Entry Level/ Executives Up to Rs. 5 Lacs 08.33%Middle Management Between Rs. 5Lacs to Rs. 10Lacs 10.33%Sr. Management Between Rs. 10 Lacs to Rs. 25Lacs 12.33%Top Level Management Above Rs. 25 Lacs 15.00%

We will ensure that the short listed candidates are lined up as per the schedule given by you. The final selection of the candidates, salary settlement etc. is entirely at client’s discretion.

Payment of our Professional services should be paid within 30 Days from the date of the candidates joining your organization. All payment should be made in favor of “Proliant Consultant”.

Service Tax extra rule will be as per actual shall be levied additional over our professional fess

The resumes forwarded to you as per your requirement remain property of Proliant Consultant

Replacement Period will be 2 Months from the date of joining
