construction on turnkey services. Responding to rapid changes in the construction and

building industry, VertexBros Constructions LLP has developed into a full-service

The management of VertexBros Constructions LLP is committed to the health and safety of its construction employees and for all who are involved in our projects. The protection of employees from injury or occupational disease is a major continuing objective. We are committed to continuing improvement toward an accident-free construction workplace through effective administration, education, and training. All supervisors and workers must be dedicated to the continuing objectives of eliminating the "near misses" which will greatly reduce the risk of injuries.

Our philosophy is that the well-being of our Infrastructure

Company and clients is dependent on the health and safety or

our workforce. The owners and management promise that every

precaution reasonable in all circumstances will be taken for the

protection of all workers. No construction job is to be regarded

so urgent that time cannot be taken to do it in a safe manner.

The welfare of the individual is our greatest concern.

Supervisors will be responsible for the health and safety of workers under their

supervision. Supervisors are responsible to ensure that machinery and equipment

required for use by each construction worker are safe and that each worker is in

compliance with established safe work practices and procedures for each piece of

equipment. Workers must receive adequate training in their specific work tasks to

protect their health and safety.

All supervisors, employees and subcontractors must protect their

own and fellow workers' health and safety by working in

compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and all

applicable regulations. They must also comply with the safe work

practices and procedures established by our company.

We recognize that a safe work environment can be established

and sustained only through a united effort by all employees and

subcontractors, and that the assistance of each person is

required. Your attitude and co-operation in promoting accident

prevention will assist in achieving our goal: "No One Gets Hurt,

Structural Design

Our structural engineering services begin

right from the start at the conceptualization

stage of the building architecture. The

detailed structural design is created and

finalized. Our structural engineers oversee

the construction by conducting regular

inspections on the building site.

Architecture

We architect buildings to your ideas and

requirements. Building looks can be

Glass, concrete or brick facade. Eco-

friendly buildings with 100% natural light

utilization in the day. A building that keeps

cool in the summer. Our architects review

and inspect the construction site regularly.

Interior Design

Interior design is considered from the

architecture stage itself. This ensures that

the interior design gels with the

architecture of the building for an aesthetic

appeal. The furniture, lighting, floor tiles,

wall colors, decor, room plants, carpets &

curtains are designed, procured and

installed by us.

Landscaping

We landscape the area around the

buildings into green areas. Evergreen

trees of various types are planted.

Flowering bushes and hedges give the

green area a seamless experience. Exotic

pot plants are matched with different

locations that they will be placed inside

and outside the buildings. Water bodies

and fountains are created to lend

anaesthetic touch to the environment.

Various types of concrete tiled and stone

walkways are built for walking.

Design and Drafting Services

VertexBros produces layout designs and

as-built diagrams for clients for a variety of

construction projects, from floor-design

drafting to Structural drafting.

MEPF Services

VertexBros provides Mechanical,

Electrical, Plumbing and Fire (MEPF)

systems as a part of building services.

VertexBros owns its own formwork for every type of project. All other equipment

associated with testing and implementation is solely owned by VertexBros. Should the

need arise we are well-positioned in the market to bring additional equipment into the

company.

All our equipment is impeccably serviced and maintained to ensure against any

unforeseen equipment downtime on your job.

Please note that if we do not currently have the equipment that is required for your

project, we have tie-ups with renowned suppliers to arrange all kind of construction

equipment in short notice at discounted price and these savings are passed on to the

customer. It is the combination of these capital resources and our valuable human

resources that enables us to deliver a successfully completed project on budget and

on time.
