The Company

SITIE Impianti Industriali S.p.A. has been working since 1945 in the

field of electrical and instrumentation installations, executing different

activities from the design up to commissioning and start-up.

The wide spectrum of activities has given the company the

opportunity to operate in the international market and to work for the

most important customers in the chemical,

petrochemical, oil and energy sectors,

acquiring new advanced technologies and

methodologies.

SITIE has integrated its own activities with other synergic and

complimentary ones both in the production and service field.

The human resources organization is based on a central core of

permanent highly specialized personnel to which the necessary

temporary personnel is added, in order to perform the acquired

varous projects and reach the foreseen man/hours amount.

The installation of electrical and instrumentation systems is Sitie’s

core business and is more and more evolving towards a “turnkey”

supply, therefore including engineering, project management,

procurement, start up and customer operator training services.

Thanks to the consolidated relationships with various European and

international companies, it is possible to manage projects abroad

with an excellent performance making specific joint-ventures or

target companies.

A significant part of the resources of the department are dedicated

to long-term maintenance contracts in petrochemical plants, on-

shore and offshore oil and gas plants.

Without doubt, this line of business helps to increase the technical

knowledge of SITIE operators and furthermore to train specialised

professionals, above all in the fields of automation and product

analysis.

The Production, in particular of cable trays, has been exported and

installed all over the world for years on sites with the most diverse

environmental conditions.

Besides several standard types held in the

warehouse at the Ferrara factory, other types of

cable trays can be produced upon the specific

request of the customer.

The existing equipment can machine galvanised steel, stainless

steel and aluminium alloy sheet and sections. A special patented

side-rail gives remarkable load-bearing capacity with very limited

weight and thickness.
