Our Company’s Dyeing facilities are International standard. Everything is well furnished project which has been established in 2016 with the machineries of cutting edge technology of European & USA brand.

The factory produces 100% export oriented best quality various types of Yarn like Sweater, Knit & Sewing Thread of all counts. From the very beginning we are maintaining the best quality of products under strictly delivery schedule as we committed to our valued customers.

The friendly working environment is very much congenial with neat & clean atmosphere. Our lab is fully computerized, all staffs are highly skilled and professionals so that we can process/provide our customer lab dip & bulk production very convincingly within the range of International standard. Besides facilities to reproduce shades with the lab dyeing machines with Infrared Heating System (IHS) our in laboratory is equipped to check the following parameters quality.

1. Data Color for quantifying shade variation and determine acceptability of the shade (pass fail check)

2. Light box equipped with D65, TL84, UV, Fluorescent lights for further visual assessment of the shade checked to adjacent fabric.

3. Fastness to wash and stain to adjacent fabric.4. Fastness to light.5. Fastness to rubbing.6. Fastness to pilling.7. Fastness to perspiration

All being performed by experienced and qualified textile technician under the supervision and guidance of a textile engineer well trained for the purpose.

We are using internationally accepted test procedures and material.
