Overseas employment is a highly regulated industry in the Philippines. Only entities and individuals duly licensed and authorized by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) are allowed to recruit and deploy workers for overseas sites. Designed to enhance protection of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW's), strict laws and rules are put in place. The POEA administers and regulates the entire recruitment and deployment process. 1. SOURCING, POOLING AND ADVERTISEMENTS AWMC obtains its applicants from a variety of sources: current manpower bank, head hunters, newspaper and radio advertisements, provincial recruitment, job fairs and referrals.

AWMC follows an accurate screening procedure to verify and validate the applicant’s credentials. Out team reviews the candidate’s skills and the requirements of the position. Only applicants who have been pre-qualified are submitted to the client for consideration.

The Foreign Employer or his representative will do final assessment on whatever option they like such as Online, Phone or Personal Interview in Manila. AWMC shall coordinate the client’s convenient schedule. A specially-designed interview room is provided for this purpose.

AWMC has links with reputable independent trade test companies recognized by and accredited with Trade Education and Skills and Development Authority (TESDA). These companies certify the competencies and eligibility of applicants.

Selected applicant undergoes a comprehensive medical examination (physical & psychological) in accredited clinics. All tests are in accordance with the regulations of Department of Health (DOH), the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) of the Philippines and the corresponding agencies of the host country.

AWMC staff are capable of handling intricacies of accrediting the client-employer with the POEA and securing the selected applicants clearance and required documents from pertinent government agencies (DOLE and POEA) and institutions (embassy of the host country).

AWMC secures flight booking and confirms deployment schedule of selected applicant.

AWMC keeps open communication lines with the client for any issues and concerns regarding the behavior and performance of the worker deployed. It provides complementary services to the worker and his dependents in order to ensure his family’s well being.

• ARIX WORLD MANPOWER CORPORATION (AWMC) negotiate the best terms and conditions of employment and disclose the full terms and conditions of employment to the applicant as well as to it’s employer. • Ensure that any workers recruited or deployed by AWMC is qualified and holds the documents necessary for the job concerned. • Ensure that contracts of employment are in accordance with the Standard Employment Contract and other applicable laws, regulation and collective bargaining agreements. • Ensure that workers are informed of their rights and duties under their contract of employment and the articles of agreement prior in the process of engagement. • Assume full and complete responsibility for all claims and liabilities which may arise in connection with the use of the license. • Assumed joint and solidary liability with the employer for all claims and liabilities which may arise in connection with the implementation of the employment contract, including but not limited to wages, death and disability compensation and their repatriation. • Assume full and complete responsibility for all acts of it’s officials, employees and representatives done in connection with recruitment and placement. • Repatriate deployed workers when the need arises.
