founding i-Learn East Africa Ltd, an educational technology organization to provide
custom made online learning courses for East Africa. Her experience in training and
working in multicultural environment has helped her engage her learners in a unique way.
Through her platforms Noelah has reached a large number of youth, professionals,
corporates as well as educational institutions. She has experience in Banking, Hospitality,
Learning &Talent Development, Educational Technology and Business Process Outsource
industries.
Noelah’s strength comes through her unique ability to facilitate learner focused, activity
based, unique learning experiences. Her usage of storytelling and ‘’do it’’ tools in learning,
enthusiasm and demeanor combined with technical experience in training, working in
multicultural environments as well as her business experience motivates learners to
participate in using new skills and change behaviors.
She is a sitting chair of i-Learn East Africa and The Open University consulting bureau. She
currently works as a consultant /account director for a curated financial inclusion learning
solution provider. She has experience in Banking, Hospitality, Learning &Talent
Development, Educational Technology and Business Process Outsource industries.
Noelah Holds a MSc. in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University, USA
and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business & Management Studies
degree from Utrecht University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. She is a Certified
Human Resources Practitioner by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPD),
Certified International Change Manager by the American Association of Project
Management (AAPM) as well as a Certified Trainer by the Tanzania Institute of Bankers
(TIOB). She is an active member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD

He is a Senior Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM –SCP, USA) - Society of Human
Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional.
Matungwa has over 13 years’ experience as Human Resources Professional gained while
employed in financial sector and telecommunication and while working with both i-learn
East Africa Ltd and GENO Services Ltd as Senior HR Consultant.
Matungwa has worked with both international and local financial institutions and Telecom
including, Barclays Bank Tanzania, Standard Chartered Bank Tanzania, NMB Bank Plc and
MIC Tanzania Ltd (Tigo).
He held Senior HR positions in the corporate sectors including Deputy Head of HR- Tigo,
Senior HR Manager- NMB Bank Plc and Human Resources Business Partner- Standard
Chartered Bank and for Barclays Bank Tanzania he held different roles within Business and
operations.
While working in these organizations Matungwa has been involved in different projects and
assignments as Senior Human Resources professional and expert including participating in
several organization development assignments and projects including Organization
restructuring, performance management development and implementation, Talent
management and succession planning development, talent acquisition, development
and review of rewards and recognition schemes i.e. Salary surveys and development of
compensation and benefit benchmarking.
In addition, while outsourced at GENO Services Ltd as independent Senior HR Consultant,
Matungwa provided Human Resources consultancy and services to a number of
companies, Including CRDB Insurance Broker Ltd, Toshiba Plant System and Services
Corporation, Tanzania (TPSC), Rex Energy, Eristic (T) Investment Ltd, Malolo Hospital and

Programs at i-learn East Africa Limited. He is a Sales, Marketing
and Service Excellence Specialist.

He is also a trainer who has specialized in Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management,
Customer Excellence, Public Speaking, and Financial Matters.
Deusdedit brings over 14 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, customer
relationship Management, Banking, Business Operations and Finance gained while
employed in the Banking and telecommunication sectors as well as a self-employed
with i-Learn East Africa Limited.
Deusdedit started his professional career with Wells Fargo Bank in USA as a Mortgage
Specialist and later moved into retail Banking as a Personal Banker. After 3 years with
Wells Fargo, He joined M& I Bank in USA as Senior personal Banker. He later moved
back to Tanzania and joined Vodacom Tanzania as a Customer Relationship Manager
responsible for developing products and solutions aiming at retaining customers of the
company. After two years with the telecom company, he receives an offer to join a
newly established Bank- First National Bank as a Relationship Manager responsible for
acquiring and retaining businesses from SME to Corporate customers. Additional
responsibilities for the role were to set up and manage the sales, marketing and
communication team for the Bank.
Deusdedit later moved to Barclays Bank Tanzania in the capacity of Relationship
Manager responsible for business banking customers.
In addition to his professional work, Deusdedit has passion for Events Management and
for the last 9 years, he has either planned, managed or hosted about 500+ social and
corporate events. His calm demeanor and professionalism have helped him to
connect and work well with people from different background and status.
Deusdedit holds MBA – Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Saint Mary’s University of
Minnesota, USA and Bachelor of Science- Administration and Management, from
Metropolitan State University, Minnesota, USA.

Saada is an experienced, result-oriented Marketing, Sales & Fundraising Specialist -
with vast knowledge and over 10 years experience working with local and
international organizations in fundraising, marketing, and sales activities.
She has also worked in projects management, coordination and execution,
commended for superb performance, ability to network and spearhead collaborative
approaches with stakeholders and other parties ensuring that projects and
organization’s goals are accomplished.
With her marketing and fundraising experiences, she has been involved in several
projects including

Facilitated Bank Deposit Mobilization as well as sales and marketing of
services/products include sourcing of cash deposits from third parties for Letshego
