SWC shall initially review the client enquiry and send them a questionnaire for their completion. Based on thecompleted questionnaire from the client SWC will take a decision for certification, for which a quote will be sent tothe client for 3 years of certification period. SWC has top management committed to impartiality in itsmanagement system certification activities SWC will have apublicly available statement that SWC understands theimportance of impartiality in carrying out its managementsystem certification activities, manages conflict of interestand ensures the objectivity of its management systemcertification activities.

SWC will identify, analyze and document the possibilitiesfor conflict of interests arising from provision ofcertification including any conflicts arising from itsrelationships via an FMEA risk assessment matrix and riskassessment procedure.
