MANPOWER INFORMATION
We employ various skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled personnel’s in our team to maintain high
standards of facilities management & safety with available resources & as per contractual
obligations on sites. We also hold personnel training & familiarization programmers for the staff in
which we,
a. Familiarize the staff with work sites & try identifying critical areas of work, which have to be
rectified.
b. Train all the various unskilled personnel’s on how to utilize different equipment on re- spective
jobs.
c. Train the Supervisory level staff on preparation of duty roster & assignments of the site staff.
d. Ensure that the staff carries out jobs as per contractual assignments & schedule.
e. Ensure that all the staff is well groomed, well behaved, & disciplined at all the times.
f. Police Verification will be done of the boys same will be kept in the branches
PERSONNEL PROJECT TRAINING & FAMILIARIZATION PROGRAM
All the staff recruited are experienced and exposed to Industrial Hygiene Quality and
Standards.
Familiarization Program
All the new staff personnel will be given on the job training of, usage of cleaning machines by the
technical trainers.
All Personnel will be trained to utilize different equipment on respective jobs.
Every individual will be briefed and trained on utilization of resources & avoid was- tages.
All staff will be familiarized with worksite and areas for identifying the critical and easy access to
carry out their routine chores.
PERSONNEL HYGIENE AND GROOMING
All employees must present a neat clean & well-groomed appearance.
While on duty, all employees must wear the uniform provided by the company. The uniform must be
worn as designed. Buttons must be buttoned. Zippery Zipped etc. When not on duty, the uniform
should not be worn.
Ensure that all personnel are trained and aware of the job requirements. All staff must keep their
hair trimmed.
Headgear wear must be clean-shaven or if bearded or moustache is worn, it must be neatly
trimmed.
Clothes must be clean in good repair.
For safety reason closed shoes should be worn.
Display company identity card for easy recognition of your company representation. Ensure wearing
respective work masks, safety gloves and belts as and when re- quired.

Precaution is better than cure; keep safe operation of all electric equipment and familiar with its operating system and manual. SAFETY REGULATIONS
Employees are instructed to strictly adhere the following safety instructions according- ly.
Check and become familiar with all company safety rules and act accordingly.
Be alert during routine operations, any mechanical deficiencies discovered or no- ticed should be
brought to the attention of the supervisor.
Do not touch any control buttons of the plant machines in order to accomplish your work, consult
the site personnel for any help.
Do not splash cleaning compounds to the machines.
Use only company approved materials and procedures to clean the assigned areas. Do not use
cleaners of Volatile to toxic nature in the enclosed areas.
Do not direct spray of water or cleaning materials in to unprotected openings such as switches etc.
Use gloves on your hands as and when required. Do not move any safety equipments from the site.
Do not smoke at restricted areas.
Any accidents to persons, vehicles and machines should be reported immediately to the
concerned supervisor.
All equipments should be inspected and serviced regularly.
Disciplinary action should be taken against the person violating safety rules. Extension wire controls
of machine must be covered with tape to avoid possible electric shortenings
FIRE DAMAGE CLEAN UP
In case of any fire damage incident occurs at site, post incident service requirement from our
Personnel.
The immediate area of the site affected by fire must be thoroughly cleaned, this clean up is
necessary to prevent corrosion to the structure and components from the residue of the fire and
the extinguishing agent.
Open all drains, hatches and doors to permit drainage of cleaning and rinsing solu- tion.
Remove all residues from the site by flushing with water. Check insulation for dampness dry out as
necessary Report the incident to the responsible site Supervisor.

Daily cleaning:
o Place appropriate warning signs wherever it is required. o Clear the area from any debris and litter across the steps and wall edges o Clear and clean the dust bins and replace the liners o Dust and clean the overhead fittings like light diffusers, A/C vents, smoke detectors,
sprinklers etc. with a dusting brush. o Clean all the cleanable/washable vertical surfaces including glass, upto accessible level. o Clear the planters for any fallen leaves and debris. Clean the outer surface. o Empty the ashtrays. Clean it and put it back in place. o Check and remove labels, stickers and chewing gum stuck on the floor, and verticals
with a scraper carefully without damaging the surface. o Remove the foot matting to the designated place. o Dry mop the floor for loose dust. Once the floor is completely free from loose dust do
Wet mopping using a double bucket system or do Scrub clean the floor with an auto scrubber-drier or a single disc and wet vacuum cleaner, depending upon the soil level on the floor. Refer the exact procedure for each application mentioned in the SOP.
o Clean the foot mat from both top ad bottom side preferably with a vacuum cleaner. En-sure that it is free from popping loose dust before placing it back on the floor. Ensure the floor is also dry before you place the matting back.
o Remove the warning signs once the floor is dried up absolutely and leave it open for service.
o Dust mop the floor every hourly or half hourly depending on the foot traffic and soiling. o Clean the entrance glass doors periodically depending on the foot traffic and soiling
using suitable tools and agents. o Report and record for any unusual observations or damage to the facility head

Periphery & Main entrance
Task: Sweeping
Purpose:
o To keep the Periphery & Main entrance clean and unlittered at all times Cleaning & sanitizing product details:
Equipment: o Bucket, Dusters, Feather brush, Dust Pan, Carpet Brush & Sweeping brush
Daily Cleaning: o The day cleaning should be done on a continuous basis throughout the day by lit-
ter picking o All litter i.e. paper pieces, debris, leaves, cigarette packs, buds etc…. are to be
picked up by hand & collected in a garbage bag. o After clearing all visible large pieces of debris, the area to be swept using the
sweeping brush or use the manual sweeper Machine if available. o Clear all the trash cans & empty contents into garbage bag. o Seal & dispose the garbage bag in the internal garbage bag. o Line the trash cans with garbage bags after clearing.
Weekly Cleaning
o All litter is to be picked by hand & collected in a garbage bag. o Then the whole periphery area is to be thoroughly cleaned. o Wet the whole area with water taken one side at a time. o Use a mild soap solution & wet the walkway. o Then follow that with a scrubber brush & manually scrub the entire periphery tak-
ing care to remove all stains on the ground. o All trash cans must be cleared of any garbage. o All trash cans should be washed with mild soap solution & subsequently with wa-
ter. o Line the trash cans with garbage bags.

1. Should there be an unprecedented rise in the cost of consumable or chemicals or any commodities which may directly or indirectly affect the cost of services offered to the client we will petition the client for a change in rate which shall be calculated on the basis of market forces governing it

Main Terms & Conditions
1. Period of Contract
The period of contract should be for a period of one year, renewable on mutual consent.
2. Applicability of the Rates
Held firm for a period of one year, after which the terms and conditions will
remain the same, but rates will be revised on mutual agreement. However in case there
is a heavy wage hike ie, more than 5% of the individual worker’s salary then the same
would be informed to the client and on mutual agreement the same will be revised ie,
during the course of the con- tract.
3. Validity of the offer
The above commercial proposal has been formulated in keeping with current market
rates and trends, and thus will be valid for a period of 30 days only. If however the
decision to fi- nalize the contract exceeds the validity period, the rates submitted would
be revised, other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
4. Other Taxes
During the term of the contract, all additional taxes coming in force would be charged
to the client.
5. Change of Rates
Rates are based on the scope of work and services offered. However in case of
increase or change in scope of work, the rates will be revised.
6. Force Majeure
During Force Majeure ie, floods, riots, earthquake, strike, etc, we shall provide
maximum possible services in the given circumstances. Monthly rates as applicable
shall continue to prevail during the period for Force Majeure if it is fifteen days or less.
If it should continue beyond fifteen days, services shall be provided on specific
mutually agreeable terms and conditions. In such cases the demobilization costs would
be borne by the client.

7. Invoices
Invoice shall be raised for the previous month by the 2nd of the current month, it would
be the responsibility of the client to reimburse the same within 15 (Fifteen) days of
receiving the invoice.
8. Interest on Overdue Payments
We will levy interest of 2% per month on payments overdue for more than 20 days from
the date of submitting the invoices.
9. Service charge
A service charge of 12% will be applicable on actual Manpower Supply Services
rendered to the Client, which is out of the normal scope of work.
10. Escalation Clause
Should there be an unprecedented rise in the cost of Material, Fuel, Labour, or any
products which may directly or indirectly affect the cost of services offered to the client,
we will peti- tion the client for a change in rates which shall be calculated on the market
and regulatory forces which govern it.
11. Termination Clause
Either party can terminate this contract by giving one month’s advance notice in writing. If
the termination is for the convenience of the Client, the Client will reimburse us for its de-
mobilization, which will include one month’s notice salary for all our site staff. The Client
will also reimburse us for all the unused cleaning materials stock at the site,
transportation for all our manpower and assets from the site to our warehouse.
12. Waiver
No waiver of any right will be deemed a continuing waiver, and no failure on the part of
ei- ther party to exercise wholly or in part any right will prevent a later exercise of such or
any other right.
13. Governing Law
The agreement will be governed by the Laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction
of courts of Mumbai.
