Appointed as project consultants for their new green field sugar plant project 1650TCD with 12mw cogeneration expandable to 3500TCD with 27 MW cogeneration.

Project highlights:

Engineering, Manufacturing, Civil Works and now Installation all managed within planned time frames by virtue of efficient project management and team work.

Customer: Sugar & Allied Industries, Uganda, a group of ALAM GROUP.



Customer: Kibos Sugar and Allied Industries Ltd., Kenya

Appointed as project management consultants for their sugar plant expansion from 1800 TCD to 3000TCD per day with 15MW cogeneration.

Project highlights:

Comprehensive study and deliberations to arrive at ultimate plant capacities in a fashion that up gradation shall happen with ZERO plant shutdown.

Scheduling done in a phased manner that complete installation shall be accomplished within 15 months with ZERO manufacturing lost hours.

Plant balancing done to value add by installing a pulp and paper plant to balance the fuel, steam and power thus bringing in Business Intelligence for quicker ROI.

High value added product in form of pulp and paper, import substitution in Kenya.

Black liquor handled in a efficient manner to produce another commercial bi-product
