2. About the Company, Our Vision, Our Mission

About us

As a humble venture by small group of HVAC professionals; algor electromechanical

l.l.c was established in early summer 2014, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our aim was

to apply the experience we gained from the HVAC projects we were a part of; to deliver

the optimum solution to our customers.

We are proud that in such a short span of time, we were able to work with many of

industry renowned organizations in United Arab Emirates. Our prompt deliveries and

"think together" approach to solve the issues of our customers has helped us to establish

our name in the HVAC service market in Dubai.

We thank our customers and we try every day to improve and deliver the promise to meet

our customers expectations. At algor we understand that "comfort is multidimensional".

What is Comfort?

Even though so desirable, comfort can unfortunately be a vague concept. While discomfort

is about approaching extremes, comfort is primarily about determining ranges.

Equipment Installations

Installation of Chillers, Cooling Towers, Ducted split units, Roof top packaged units,

Variable refrigerant flow units (VRF), Ductless split units, Fan coil units, Air handling

units, Fresh air handling units, etc

Ducting & air distribution

Fabrication & Installation of ducting (supply, exhaust & ventilation), installation of air

outlets & flow controllers.

Ventilation

Ventilation ducts works, Exhaust fans & Kitchen ecology units installation with volume

control. Automation of ventilation.

Controls

Sand alone & centralized controllers for HVAC systems, control modification of

equipment to suit integration.

Repair Services

Breakdown repair service for the air-conditioning equipment for all makes and models of

the products.

Periodic Maintenance Contracts

Annual maintenance contract for all types of air conditioning products with periodic

preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and nuisance trips round the year.

Design Support

algor has a team of professionals in HVAC industry to provide support like thermal load

calculation, Duct designing.

4. HSE Policy

Safety is the responsibility of every individual. It’s our company policy to strictly adhere to

safety culture that includes our employees, all stakeholders and member of public. Personnel

working at site contribute to their safety as well as the safety of their co-workers. We algor

electromechanical l.l.c, have set some safety regulations for our team, which will contribute

to the safety of the site where they work. All our employees are strongly oriented and advised

to be conscious of their health, safety and environmental issues while carrying out each

activity.

Our Management is committed to this set of objectives, policies and targets to ensure the

awareness of necessary HSE Standards among our employees by conducting regular

training programs. We encourage and ensure the benchmarking on HSE matters and will

be proactive towards project and safety standards.

At any point an employee finds that the safety requirements are not meeting the minimum

safety regulations at a work site, it is his responsibility to report to the management. Health

& Safety regulations require regular improvements & amendments to achieve our goal of

Safe & Healthy Workforce!

To remind our team at all times about the safety regulations and to represent the importance

of safety in the organization, we call its safety drive “The Orange Circle”

The safety policy enforces the workforce to maintain minimum safety standards and any

additional special safety equipment, as per the HSE policy of the project site, where they

work.
