Government – Business Process Management, Case Management, Knowledge Management, Mobile Application
ATS enhanced a customer knowledge management system and created a paperless case management and issue processing structure that significantly increased efficiency and reduced cost by eliminating paper dependency. The new support system was automated through architecture design changes, software changes, configuration changes, installation support services, and customization services, which facilitated case related correspondence and development. ATS certified architects and developers worked with internal teams on the case management system requirements and web portal design for entering customer information, uploading resume experience, documenting eligibility assessments, and requesting coaching services. The case management system was integrated with core services to utilize enterprise correspondence capability, and a mobile application was developed to allow real time access for customers and coaches when they were off site.
Government, Healthcare – Business Process Management, Case Management, Claims Processing
ATS provided contracted support to design and develop a new healthcare system which created a paperless claims processing structure that significantly increased claims efficiency. Given the case volume, the paper dependency of the fee based claims process proved to be inefficient, costly, and a data security risk. The new healthcare system was updated through business requirements gathering, user interface design changes, system architecture changes, configuration changes, platform upgrades, detailed testing services, installation support services, and customization services, which facilitated claims related correspondence and development. The new system was integrated with financial services systems to utilize enterprise correspondence capability. ATS consultants collaborated with client resources during all phases of the software development life cycle, this interaction with business and technical teams ensured that a quality solution was developed within the contracted schedule.

ATS supported the implementation of a BPM system to enhance the applications utilized for executing mission critical operations for this government conservation service, which provides technical assistance to farmers and other private
landowners and managers. Application enhancements were identified through business requirements gathering and strategic functional assessments, and then implemented through user interface configuration, single sign on integration, and automated account provisioning. ATS consultants provided expertise on overarching architectural decisions, guidance on environment migrations, implementation of a center of excellence, and mentoring in developing and deploying BPM applications.
Healthcare – Business Process Management, Operations & Maintenance, Enterprise Application Modernization
ATS was selected as a preferred service provider by the leading provider of government healthcare business process outsourcing services to implement a BPM application that modernized their legacy business applications. The team of system architects and business analysts leveraged their expertise to evaluate call center applications, analyze quality control, restructure backend architecture, troubleshoot code configurations, and expose full system functionality and capabilities which helped make a scalable system that was responsive to continued growth. ATS consultants also supported the post-production enterprise architecture redesign and closed thousands of maintenance tickets over a two year timespan.

ATS was selected as the primary consulting group to support a government contract for replacing a legacy system with an integrated development solution that efficiently and effectively managed contact center claims in response to employment, unemployment, wages, pensions, benefits, and workplace safety. The integration solution team developed a system that provides efficient, accurate, and timely bill processing; reimbursement of approved medical services; authorization of covered benefits; and cost savings through standardized program functions. ATS consultants provided BPM expertise that allowed the team to identify challenges with individual software packages which enabled a fully functional BPM integration, they also collaborated with the client during all phases of the software development life cycle and interacted with each business and technical team, to provide guidance on business requirements, functional requirements, architectural designs, development, and to ensuring that the BPM integration solution met the business and technical requirements requested by the client.
