1. Introduction

The purpose of this document is to provide a brief introduction of Seed-Imex Ltd. of Hungary and its export product range for potential strategic partners. In the sections that follow the company profile below we briefly introduce our export products along with the corresponding business proposal for cooperation. Please note that the proposals included herein merely serve as a basis for negotiations, and that the final terms that will be agreed upon may differ.

2. Company profile

SEED-IMEX Ltd. of Kisbér, Hungary is a trading company of agricultural machinery, produce, and seeds, as well as a developer of agricultural technologies. Seed-Imex was founded in 1996 with the aim of providing farmers with innovative and efficient technologies to enhance the economic competitiveness of agricultural producers.

The primary scope of the activities of Seed-Imex Ltd. includes the following main areas:

• design and implementation of vegetable oil crushing and processing technologies for the renewable energy business

• ag. machinery, grain dryers and handling systems

• sales and development of environment friendly tillage systems and implements

• planting seed and commodity trading

With regards to tillage implements, we offer not only tools, but optimized crop production systems as well with high focus on moisture conservation and environment friendly tillage practices. Seed-Imex has a widespread international network and cooperation with leading ag. machinery manufacturers and offers high quality efficient solutions to farmers and commercial farm operations. We strive to address customer needs through products of the highest quality in terms of design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing and service. We regard long term partnerships with companies that share our values as an essential part of our strategy to achieve our goals.

Today Seed-Imex is a well recognized provider of the aforementioned equipment in Hungary. Our strategy aims to leverage our strengths and expertise in surrounding countries with significant development potential in agriculture including Romania and Ukraine. To this end we are seeking long term strategic partnerships for various forms of cooperation as discussed in this document.

Our location

Our head office, as well as our 40.000 square-foot indoor warehouse with full material handling infrastructure, is located in the north-western part of Hungary, about 20 km south of the interstate highway M1, at the intersection of public roads No.13 and 81.

3. Vegetable oil technologies

Seed-Imex Ltd. has been delivering vegetable oil presses and related technologies to its customers since its foundation. By now our references include both implementations of small capacity pressing shops and the delivery of complete technologies for large capacity (bio fuel purpose) vegetable oil plants with computer control. We distribute oil presses in the capacity of 15kg per hour to 1800 kg/hour (seed input).

The range of vegetable oil technologies we offer includes the following:

• Vegetable oil presses

• Huller machines

• Vegetable oil filters

• Vegetable oil pumps and filling equipment (truck or rail)

• Vegetable oil storage tanks

3.1. Vegetable Oil Crushing Plants

Whether in a small capacity shop or an industrial-size plant, we can bundle our technologies to suit our customers’ specific needs and thus offer a complete technology solution for the intended investment. In these scenarios we provide a complete solution that is engineered to suit purpose of the investment and to optimize the economies of operation. One example for the delivery of such complete technology solution is the degummed vegetable oil plant in Sarkad (close to the city of Gyula on the Romanian border).

The facility erected in Sarkad has a grain processing capacity of 60,000 tons per annum and the scope of delivery of Seed-Imex Ltd. included the equipment shown below:

4. Grain storage systems

Seed-Imex offers grain bins and transit storage in the capacity range of 200 - 20.000 t/bin. We design and deliver storage facilities, handling equipment tailored to the unique needs to our customers. Our storage systems have the capability of intake and discharge the grain at the same time with the capacity dictated by the customer’s need. Optionally our grain storage facilities are delivered with a microprocessor controlled Temperature Monitoring and Grain Storage Management System to preserve maximum grain quality.

5. HEVES-X grain dryers

The HEVES-X grain dryers employ state-of-the-art technology – developed in the USA – which allows for uniform moisture withdrawal and energy efficient operation. The dryers can be operated in three different modes that accommodate different types of grain from cereals to planting seeds. The design of the HEVES-X dryers offers the combined benefits of simplicity, high-strength self-supporting structure, small space requirement, and high adaptability. The HEVES-X dryers are available with drying capacities of 12-50 t/h - at 10%/hour moisture withdrawal.

The HEVES-X continuous flow grain dryers feature an automatic moisture sensoring and drying control system that allows the recycling of cooling air in the drying process. Due to this state-of-the-art Quantum® system, the HEVES-X grain dryers are highly energy efficient and are easy-to-use while offering a high level of technical reliability.

6. Tillage and seeding implements

The tillage and seeding implements offered by Seed-Imex Ltd. are developed by the company specifically to address the challenges of contemporary agriculture offering an energy efficient alternative for conservation tillage. Our product range includes the KOMONDOR mulch cultivators, the SX cultivator, and the PANNON air seeders, each of which are available in a range of working widths to accommodate all needs. The set of these three implements in fact

offers a complete and highly cost effective tillage and seeding solution.

6.1. KOMONDOR mulch cultivator

The KOMONDOR series mulch cultivators are primary tillage tools suitable for effectively cutting residue and incorporating it into the top soil in a single pass. The use of these implements may substitute the combined use of disc harrows and plows under most soil conditions. The KOMONDOR features spring loaded shanks that may accommodate a wide variety of tillage tools including sweeps, twisted shovels, chisel spikes etc., which allow it to be effectively used for a range of tillage tasks in managing the stubble of most crop.

In addition to the economic efficiency offered by the use of the KOMONDOR mulch cultivators, there are several other benefits such as increasing the soil’s water absorption and retention capability as well as effective weed management through cutting the soil in the entire working width.

6.2. SX cultivator

The SX cultivator is a heavy subsoiler tillage tool designed for effective residue management on fields with high amount of organic material left on the surface. Under certain field conditions the equipment substitutes in a single pass the need of use disc harrow and plow in consecutive passes. The combination of notched discs (front), followed by subsoiler shanks and plain discs, and finally the coil packers at the rear is a well proven set-up under almost any soil conditions. The SX series cultivator is available in 2.8 and 3.8 meter working width versions, and it can also be equipped with custom combinations of tillage tools upon customer’s request.

6.3. PANNON series air seeders

PANNON series air seeders are available in working widths of 3, 4.5 and 6 meters. The air seeders feature a split seed hopper for different seed/seed and seed/fertilizer application in the same pass. The main characteristics of PANNON air seeders are as follows:

• foldable double acting toolbar for precise contour and depth control,

• adjustable row spacing of 15, 30, 45, 60, and 75 cm,

• PTO driven hydrostatic fan drive and continuous seed monitoring system,

• patented spring loaded shanks with „ultra low crown” type sweeps available in cutting widths of 210 and 320 mm

• 180 mm wide rubber coated packing wheels,

• electronic monitoring system on each shank

7. Harvesting attachments

Seed-Imex Ltd. is the distributor of SUNMASTER and CORNMASTER harvesting attachments which have been designed to minimize kernel loss during harvesting while maintaining capacity. As such, these attachments help to maximize crop yield and thus the revenues of agricultural producers.

7.1. SUNMASTER sunflower headers

SUNMASTER headers are high capacity, ultimate sunflower harvesting attachments. A gathering chain pulls the stalks up to the star-type knife cutting mechanism at each row without any losses as vibrating catch pans save all shattering kernels and forward them to the feeder house of the combine. The low profile header design and flexible snouts allow harvesting at minimum field losses even when crops are lodged-down. The SUNMASTER series attachments can be mounted on any combine makes by means of a connecting frame and drive kit interchangeable. The headers are available in 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 16-row configurations, at row spacing of 50, 55, 60, 70 and 76.2 cm. Field performance (with model SUNMASTER-673) is 20-25 ha/day depending upon shape/size of field. Plastic snouts and vibrating catch pans are also available as optional items.

7.2. CORNMASTER corn headers

The CORNMASTER series corn heads are the harvesting attachments for farmers with high-yield corn fields. In addition to their harvesting capacity, these headers work with low field losses and offer effective corn stalk chopping and spreading capability. CORNMASTER headers are available in 6 and 8 row versions with 70 and 76 cm row spacing, respectively. All row units are protected with durable, heavy duty safety clutches. Corn stalk choppers at each row unit can be disengaged as desired. All drive components and units are running in closed dust- and waterproof gearboxes; therefore, relatively low maintenance levels are required even for long shift harvesting.

8. Agricultural shelter systems

Seed-Imex offers Global Shelter light structure agricultural buildings, which are suitable for a variety of agricultural uses. These multi-purpose shelters are an economic alternative for agricultural buildings. These light-structured arched buildings are available with a span of 6, 9, 12, 16, 18 or 22 meters and in customer-specified length. The shelters feature glass-fiber reinforced plastic cover (in silver or green color) and a translucent strip on the top of the building. Optionally the buildings may be equipped with internal lighting and 4.5 x 4.2 m doors at each end.

The Global Shelter buildings are suitable for agricultural storage including grain and fertilizer storage. Additionally, they have also proven to be excellent deep-bedded barns for hogs as well as cattle.

9. Trading of agricultural produce

The activities of Seed-Imex Ltd. in trading of agricultural produce cover mainly oily seeds, cereals, and bird feed. Our company has a wide network with local farmers for contract production of agricultural crops. We have several references for such contracts for export purpose production of industrial-, confectionery- or animal feed purpose crops.
