Company Milestones13 October, 2006X INFOTECH SIA is established by five associates with 10 years of professional backgroundin the banking card business and IT.

2007X Infotech starts with distribution of partner products and personalization solutions.The first milestone for X Infotech was a consulting project for SAMA (Saudi ArabiaMonetary Agency) in Saudi Arabia.

2008X Infotech successfully implements its first EMV software project for Xponcard, Poland(now IDEMIA).

2009X Infotech develops the first software module for payment cards by the employees who stillwork for the company today in 2017.

2010By self-investing in R&D and forming a team, the company opens an office in Africa(Nairobi, Kenya) and launches a complete personalization solution for banking EMV cards. At that moment X Infotech serves 70 customers in 28 countries.

2012X Infotech is encouraged to pursue greater solution diversification and enters the governmenteID market (8 customers in 7 countries). The business footprint is expanding with eID and EMV personalization projects in Europe, Asia and Central America.

2013X Infotech implements the ePassport projects in Liechtenstein and Ireland, as well as entersthe mobile market with the banking project for a leading bank in Eastern Africa. 2014X Infotech allocates 50% of resources to R&D activities to work on and improve PKI andBiometric solutions.

2015X Infotech enters the Latin American market. The same year, X Infotech develops a mobile verification solution and becomes a turnkey solution supplier for eID/ePassport projects with the widest solution portfolio in the eID industry.

2016X Infotech celebrates its 10th anniversary in the industry and recruits regional representatives for Latin America, North and West Africa. The company is granted “Best Exporter 2016” and “Best Employer 2016” awards, and renews ISO certificates.

2017X Infotech completes important eID projects in Africa. Kenya - 3,5 million Huduma social cards. 16 million electronic identity cards in Ghana.

2018X Infotech is named as a National Winner in a prestigious European competition.
