Company History

• The company started when the Coca-Cola plant in Bucharest closed its production line.

• Some of the Maintenance personnel (most of them with more than 10 years experience in the industry), joined by the Maintenance manager, saw a business opportunity and started a joint venture.

• The existing production lines needed to be removed and installed on a few different new locations.

• The production lines were moved to new locations such as:

• Ploiesti• Timisoara ( the entire

KHS line )• Oradea • Vatra Dornei

Maintenance and Repairs

• After the initial installation of a complete line or separate piece of equipment, the company provided maintenance and repairs during the following years.

Other Industries

• In the meantime, the company expanded its area of expertise, getting involved with different projects, originating not only from bottlers but from other industries as well.

• A bread production line was installed and custom modified for P&G.

• A joint project with Mach for installing and commissioning a series of palletizes for another bread producing facility.

• The company was involved with custom modifying line no.8 (together with Krones)

Coca

• The company moved whole lines ( Berchi and Sidel ). All projects were finished before deadline and with a high workmanship quality.
