The support and services Gamit offers include aircraft acquisition, technical consultancy for commercial airlines and corporate aircraft, heavy maintenance as well as project management and representation, technical services, technical inspections, technical audits and support with aircraft material supply and spare parts management on a worldwide basis.

Gamit’s quality procedures are, in the fi rst place, in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) requirements as required by all Continuing Aircraft Maintenance Organisations.

Secondary to the CAA, Gamit is also approved in accordance with ISO9001:2008. Both third party quality accreditations ensure that Gamit has a stringent system of work parameters, minimising the possibility of error.

TECHNICAL RECORDS AUDITING–Due diligence is always an essential part in any transaction between individuals or companies. Within aviation due diligence can often require a very technical and specialist set of skills and knowledge. Since Gamit’s inception, aircraft records have been audited for a variety of customers ranging from private individuals requesting a technical assessment of a business jet, through to being a key part of a technical team to a leading commercial aircraft leasing company providing a group of technical auditors to assess engines, gears and airframes at midlife lease intervals and end of lease returns.

ENGINEERINGSUPPORT–Gamit technical services team offers “ad hoc” engineering support from Airworthiness Directives & Service Bulletin assessments to planning. Subcontracted CAMO support for all tasks or a select few. Gamit will tailor the offered services to your needs.

CAMO–Through the approval of the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA) Gamit is a certifi ed Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). Through experience Gamit offers this service to all EU operators private or commercial.

As an EASA privilege Gamit’s certifi cation is valid on all European registered aircraft. Alternatively, Gamit can extend the same level of service to any registered aircraft. Additional approvals include Bermudan Authorities and Cayman Islands Authorities.

Being an independent CAMO, separate of being a Part 145 organisation, Gamit offers the services separate to the engineering works. Gamit manages the planning of all aspects regarding engineering through the monitoring, tracking and updating of the aircraft times and cycles in order to plan and coordinate scheduled, unscheduled and out of phase maintenance requirements.

Through decades of collective experience in handling aircraft engineering records,Gamit has developed an Online portal to support all parties involved with aircraft records. Designed at the heart to handle records, separate to any planning or ERP system, with added benefi ts for the engineering sector. ROAM is targeted to handle copies of Dirty Finger Print records for proof of airworthiness. The system is designed to assist an aircraft owner, lessee, lessor or a CAMO. ROAM becomes the central library of records for the aircraft, accessible globally via PC, tablet or smart phone.

With industry leading Audit functionality, records are easily uploaded and assessed in an extremely effi cient way. With reporting features, automatic OCR and exceptionally fast search capabilities, record keeping and auditing is made easy with ROAM.

TOOLS & GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT–Over the years Gamit has assisted a number of airlines and maintenance facilities around the world, gain approvals and support with providing tooling for aircraft or engines, hangar equipment and other forms of support for aircraft maintenance. This includes a range of Ground Support Equipment, be it an aircraft tug, auxiliary power unit or staging.

LOGISTICS–Providing a component at the right price is only half the job in material support, getting the component to the customer on time is the vital element in the process. The Materials department is very aware of time factors. This is why through using a number of trusted logistics partners Gamit is confi dent that whether the consignment is an AOG or routine shipment Gamit will monitor, track and inform the customer throughout the process. Gamit will follow the shipment until customs are cleared and it has been signed for at the end destination.

MATERIAL AND LOGISTICS SUPPORT

SUPPLY–Supplying material at a competitive price and delivering on time is always a Gamit priority. Utilising stringent quality procedures governed by ISO9001:2008 the Gamit team will endeavour to meet the customers’ demands whenever called upon. Supplying all customer needs with consumables, rotables, life limited parts, landing gears and engines. Gamit is confi dent in offering these services on all aircraft types in particular, specialist knowledge on Boeing and Airbus families.

LEASING–Gamit’s material department offers consignment stock leasing. Whether positioning a batch of parts at fl ight destinations, a new hub, or a complete inventory, Gamit will look to offer fl exible terms to suit aircraft type and fl eet size. Allowing the customer to add or remove parts as necessary, this is often an attractive option for fl eets of aircraft.

REPAIR MANAGEMENT–Through a strong network of Gamit’s approved repair workshops, customers can rely on the Gamit repair management team. Offering complete peace of mind the Gamit team will manage the end to end process of all repairs. Whether it is a straight forward rotable repair or the complete overhaul of landing gears, engines or APU’s Gamit has an extensive repairs capability list. Gamit is able to offer customers added value with zero rate BER and often long warranty periods with full monitoring service on many components.
