Egoli Gas (Pty) Ltd is a Natural Gas reticulator

based in Johannesburg and servicing more

than 8500 Domestic, Central-Water heating,

Hospitality, Industrial and Power Generation

businesses in the Johannesburg area and offer

environmentally friendly, safe, reliable and

energy-efficient Piped Natural Gas. Our

commitment to your energy efficient,

low-carbon lifestyle ensures an uninterrupted

flow of Piped Natural Gas ready to use safely.

Egoli Gas (Pty) Ltd acquires Natural Gas from

Sasol which is carefully monitored and

controlled. Egoli Gas is located in many of the

more established Johannesburg suburbs;

however the pipeline extends even further for our

Hospitality, Industrial and Power Generation

customers including Sandton and Randburg.

Natural Gas is an environmentally-friendly fossil fuel

extracted from decomposed plant and animal matter

found in rock, deep in the earth. Natural Gas is the earth’s

naturally produced combustible gas and is an effective

and efficient energy source. Egoli Gas reticulates Natural

Gas directly to your premises via an established, safe

1, 200 kilometer gas network in the Johannesburg area.

We have been efficiently reticulating gas since 1928 to the

Domestic, Central-Water, Multi-Dwelling, Hospitality,

Industrial and Power Generation markets. Piped Natural

Gas is cost effective, environmentally friendly, instant and

safe when used according to specifications.

SAFETY, HEALTH& ENVIROMENTAL

Piped Natural Gas safety is always our

highest priority. At Egoli Gas, strict Natural

Gas safety standards in accordance to

National and International standards are

adhered to. We conduct scheduled leak

detection surveys of our complete pipeline

network beyond the minimum

requirements and strive to implement

best practice wherever possible. Regular risk

assessments and audits are conducted to

ensure constant compliance to standards

and legislation.

Egoli Gas is committed to ensure all its

operations and practices prevent harm to

people, damage to property or the

environment. The principles of safety, health

and environment (SHE) are actively

managed as an integral part of our business

and all our practices.

Reatile Energy owns 25.01% of CNG Holdings

Reatile Gaz own 45% of Easigas - additional 5% purchase in July 2018

Reatile Industrial own 37.54% of Pragma Holding- purchased in December 2018

Reatile Solar Power owns 15% of 6 solar PV plants(455 MW) - Purchased in June/July 2018

Reatile Chemicals owns 30% in Vopak InvestmentsSouth Africa. Vopak South Africa Developments and Vopak Reatile Richards Bay since 2012.

Simphiwe joined Sasol Chemical Industries in

1993 as a Process Engineer in Sasol Technical

Division. In 1995, appointed to the Marketing

division of Sasol Phenolics in Rosebank as a

Regional Sales Manager. Over the next 5 years,

he was involved in Sales and Marketing of

various Sasol Chemicals both locally and

abroad. Appointed Export Manager: India and

Asia Pacific in Sasol Solvents Division in 1998

and soon become the Global Export Manager

(aka International Sales Manager). In June 2000,

Sasol Solvents won the President’s Export

Achievement in the Chemicals, Plastics and

Pharmaceutical category, under Simphiwe’s

Leadership.

Thandi has over 15 years’ experience working in financial markets, specifically in money and capital

markets. She is the Managing Director and founding member of Zambezi Capital and is responsible
