AARAS are specialists in high quality refurbishment and fitting out works. We believe that there is a need for a construction company that does things a little differently. Our focus is on developing a thorough understanding of the needs of our clients and delivering value and excellence in every aspect of our services. ELECTRO MECHANICAL WORKS

AARAS has completed a number of electro mechanical projects, including cable

laying work, cable termination work and other related work up to the

satisfaction of client.

FIT OUT WORKS

AARAS executes extensive fit-out projects with the highest standard of

workmanship. As an Interior Contracting Establishment, AARAS specializes in

turnkey fit-out of high-end mixed use developments. For turnkey Design and

Build Projects, AARAS teams up with renown national and international

Interior Designers.

REFURBISHMENT

A number of AARAS projects involve refurbishment of existing hotels. AARAS

undertakes the works, including design concepts, demolition, trading and

installation to the complete satisfaction of our clients.

ENGINEERING

AARAS Engineering Department provides comprehensive design coordination,

detailing and has the expertise and the knowledge with the latest materials,

technologies and processes, both locally and internationally.

JOINERY AND UPHOLSTERY AARAS joinery and upholstery works are supported by many prominent

factories in Riyadh and Jeddah, as well as its permanent suppliers from Europe

and China who provides all types of upholstery; case goods such as consoles,

tables, TV armoires; curtains; wall & floor coverings such as vinyl, carpets and

parquet; artworks and decorative lighting.

AARAS has special team for Design & Execution of Warehouses and Cold Stores

all over Saudi Arabia.

4. Working Within a Live Environment

The vast majority of our contracts have had the

requirements of being completed within tight

deadlines. These schemes have also primarily

been carried out in dense populated areas and in

areas far away from population with extremely

tight access and logistical arrangements.

Alterations, refurbishment and fit out involves

general and project specific risks to the occupier’s

staff and the public, who may often not appreciate

the risks involved. AARAS has developed

procedures and rules, set out in the safety manual,

which will cover the circumstances when working

in occupied premises. These will be reviewed and

developed to generate specific procedures for this

project.

By maintaining close liaison with the building

management team at regular scheduled meetings,

we will successfully manage access arrangements,

logistics and construction operatives to ensure

that works are undertaken with absolute safety,

whilst meeting the client’s operational and

environmental requirements.

The tools for management are tried and tested,

allowing the client to carry out his daily business

trouble free and fully informed of forthcoming

activities well in advance. The site will be

professionally set up with a well-organized site

facility and clearly defined materials storage areas,

access and egress points.

The site will be kept clean, tidy and safe at all

times. Emergency access routes will be kept clear

and signage will be installed to suit the works;

indicating hazards, site rules and escape routes.

AARAS will remain flexible to the specific

requirements of all parties and will pay special

attention to this most important element of the

project.
