Triangle Sphere Sdn Bhd was incorporated in January 2005 as a private limited company with a

paid up capital of RM 100,000.00. Triangle Sphere is a fully Bumiputera owned company managed by

Bumiputera professionals. Since 2007 Triangle Sphere has been supplying customize software including

enhancement to Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) Selangor. Since its inception, Triangle Sphere is now proud to

position itself as one of the local companies in providing customized software solution.

Triangle Sphere core business is Specialized Software Development and Consultation. Triangle

Sphere registered with Ministry of Finance (MOF) as a Bumiputera status company and also registered as a

Telekom Malaysia (TM) supplier and contractor. Today, with its dynamic team of professionals and

management, Triangle Sphere is currently providing the one of the best software solution in the

government and private sector. Triangle Sphere caters many aspects of the software industry from full-size

to undersized of management system software.

Triangle Sphere believes in having a highly experienced and focused team to cater to the needs of

its demanding client’s technical and quality needs. The commitment lies very much in its ability to “meet

customer requirements with firm emphasis on exceeding customer future enhancements and satisfaction”.

i. eWorkshopSophisticated and high-security system is an Internet-based system that allows information and important

data obtained from any location to facilitate the management of a comprehensive monitoring procedures, as well as

emphasis on government standards. LPO production process and the indent can be made through eWorkshop and will

automatically generate a report online. VoteBook and BinCard is also available online. In addition, information can also

be shared, especially on the client's service workshop and vehicles associated to update client.

ii. iProject

High security data emphasize the strength of an organization. The objective of the system to be developed in

a systematic way and ensure work efficiency especially when the implementation of a task involving several entities in a

different part of the administration.

iii. eRoadtax

A Road tax management system is used to help set and manage transportation details and meet the tax

renew date before expired. With complete report and online indicator of the system, Road tax management system will

walk the user through the process as efficiently and accurately as possible.

iv. eFacility

Lack of paper movements provides complaint management operations a speed which was never envisaged in

manual mode at all. Allows operator to lodge complaints and automatically schedules and prompts operators to

source complaint to concerned departments. Management indicator shows information on complaint details and

pending complaints with reasons and remarks provides management a better insight to problems.

v. eStore

Store Management System is important to control stock levels and do inventory tracking, regardless the size

of the company. The aim of this Store Management System is to take care of the tedious accounting work required to

handle a business, thus making the computer do all the works for you. By using this useful system, users are able to

work more efficiently and produce higher quality accounting data for management decision-making.

vi. eKewPa

eKewPa gives a whole chain of departmental assets and constantly expected to report to the auditors to the

minute detail. By leveraging on an online database, it is easy to track the assets and extracting the exact report format.

vii. DMSi

DMSi was developed to improve the document management process. With DMSi, all documents and files in a

centralized data server for easy access to a systematic process and reduce the quality of the cast during the search for

documents or to replace lost documents. DMSi monitoring and storing documents digitally, where all documents are

scanned and distributed to staff online.

viii. eLabour

Labour System is a system that automates key processes in the management of foreign worker details from

the beginning until the permit expiry date and management report. Sophisticated and high-security system is an

Internet-based system that allows information and important data obtained from any location to facilitate the

management of a comprehensive monitoring procedures, as well as emphasis on government standards. In addition,

information can also be shared, especially on the client's service counter and management level to update any

information required.

ix. ChequePrint System

Create your cheques first and use the batch printing function to print a sequence of cheques in batch. Print all

elements including payee, date, amount (text & number) and statement. The statement is crucial to proving the cheque

is received by the receiver where there is a name, IC number and a signature is required before receiving a cheque. All

issued cheques are kept in records. You can add notes and audit code on the cheques for internal use. The friendly

search functions in cheque book help you locate cheque easily.

Omi Kalthum, the Chief Technical Officer, co-founded Triangle Sphere in January 2005. Omi

post is Assistant General Manager in Technical Department. Omi Kalthum has a Bachelor Degree in

Electrical Engineering Majoring in Communication from the University of Manchester Institute Science andTechnology of England.

Position: Executive Director

Khairul Anwar, the Executive Director of Triangle Sphere. He was appointed in June 2010. Khairul

Anwar was having 2 years of experience in technical field. Khairul Anwar has a degree in Bachelor Degree in

Electrical Engineering Majoring in Instrumentation at the Mara University of Technology, Shah Alam,

Selangor.
