When you meet someone in Spanish, there are two ways to ask someone what there name is:
¿Cómo te llamas? for a peer, someone younger, etc.
¿ Cómo se llama? for a doctor, professor, etc.
There are a couple ways to introduce yourself:
Me llamo __________. = I call myself __________.
Mi nombre es _________. = My name is __________.
After an introduction, you can express the pleasure of meeting them:
Mucho gusto = Pleased to meet you.
If someone beats you to the punch and says it first, you can agree by saying:
Encantado (for boys) or encantada (for girls) = Pleased to meet you.
Igualmente = Likewise
