WHY | Purpose:
Unify transportation information and resources for the
community;
Identify best practices for getting the word out; and
Create a peer-educator program for hardest-to-reach
individuals to learn about transportation directly from
their community.

WHAT | Deliverables:
Outreach: Community Transportation Navigators
Program
A Community Transportation Navigator Program Plan, including
sustainability and funding structure, scope of work, and
program evaluation;
A recruitment and retention plan for Navigators, including a
stipend/ compensation plan and job description;
A training curriculum for Community Transportation Navigators;
Marketing and Outreach Projects
WHAT | Deliverables:
Marketing and Distribution
A marketing plan when communicating with a diversity of
clients in the region as well as tailored plans for targeted
populations;
A guide or template for transportation agencies to use when
marketing and disseminating program information to their
clients.
Uniform color scheme/templates
Develop culturally appropriate content and iconography
