● Project Contributions:○ Reviewed the existing Admin Skills Doc and made a

number of suggestions related to EMEA use cases and themes; Began working on the Guidance Document for Employers.

● Next Steps:○ Conversation with AMER team about work that has

been done and suggested edits. For Guidance document, edit the document further to get into a first draft stage.

Admin Skills and Nonprofit TeamsVertical: Nonprofit | Theme: Ecosystem | Started at 2019 Detroit Sprint

Admin Skills Team

Sprint project focused on building a schema for memberships, renewals, payments, multiple members, families, benefits, etc, for Nonprofits.

● Sprint Team Leader(s): ○ Paul Ginsberg, Chris Pifer

● Project Contributions:○ Improved the core documentation by spring cleaning

the readme and wiki; Identified page layout improvements; Populating data sets so there is example data to help with testing; Working through automating primary contact lookup management.

Membership SchemaVertical: Nonprofit | Theme: Packaged App | Started at the 2019 Philly Sprint

Membership Schema Team

Sprint project to help students and institutions search for course and credit transfer equivalency between institutions.

● Project Contributions:○ Drafted proposed changes to post to Hub as a poll;

drafted proposed extension to degree plan; updated ERD, added architectural relationship with hed__Application__c

Grassroots Mobile Survey Sync App Team

Sprint project to collectively identify problems and develop solutions for data integrity issues related to third-party applications.

● Sprint Team Leader(s): ○ Group effort (no leader), with special thank you to Ines!

● Project Contributions:○ Reviewed the materials created in the last Sprint and

focused on creating a document that provides guidance to admins on how to approach integration design to avoid data integrity problems and how to work through data integration that arise through integration; Updated Wiki with gathered information.

● Next Steps:○ Continue to enhance documentation for publishing.

Outbound Funds is a community-inspired and created product originally developed as part of the OSC Program. The original community team continues to contribute in partnership with Salesforce.org.

● Project Contributions:○ Gathered EMEA use cases for OFM; Proof of concept for

Funding Program Requirement to auto-create requirements based on funding program.

Outbound Funds Community Team

Sprint project to focus on identifying opportunities to tailor EDA for country, region, language, dialect, and education operating models.

● Sprint Team Leader(s): ○ Mike Page

● Project Contributions:○ Discussed and outlined student lifecycle where EDA

does and doesn’t fit; Deep dived on timetabling requirements in a UK context and the need to be able to parent Course Offerings in EDA to facilitate a richer timetabling data model required.

● Next Steps:○ Update notes in GitHub; Breakdown the lifecycle work

into various sections that can be addressed in future Sprints.
