Senior Excursion–Tanaka Farms August 16th – Tanaka Farms Melon Tour Cost: $25.00 (not including lunch) Come experience a real working farm in the heart of Orange County. Tour includes a wagon ride around the 30 acre farm to see and learn about how summer fruits and vegetables grow. Taste some delicious vegetables and melons, and take home a melon of your very own! For your safety, we recommend wearing long pants and comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Please avoid wearing sandals, flip-flops, open-toed shoes, or high heels. Level of walking: Medium **Registration for Sierra Madre Residents starts now through August 6th. Step in to a different place and time with the new easy-to-use Virtual Reality systems at

the Library. Visitors, age 13 and older, can move into a realistic computer-generated

is a computer system that uses a headset to generate realistic images simulating the
