Our Smart Data Curaon process allows us to quickly verify basic informaon from the collected data such as resources offered, eligibilies, intake requirements, and contact informaon. This curaon process allows us to idenfy and remove duplicates as well as outdated informaon.

Once the inial curaon has been completed, a dedicated call team speaks directly with agencies to confirm crically important informaon and learn more about the services provided.

The final step in the process is allowing users to provide their feedback on each resource. This helps ensure that we have addional data to run through our verificaon process and eliminate stale informaon. Since we hold the accuracy of our database to the highest standard possible, we also verify our data every six months.
