• Write local Development Strategy/ies which will identify priorities for investment based on need

• Engage with communities, businesses and social enterprises to understand needs and aspirations

Timescales• February – April consultation events• April – June preparation of the Local

Development Strategy • June draft Local Development

Strategy produced for review • July – August preparation of bid and final

Local Development Strategyready to submit to

Government • October – November outcome of bid known • January 2015 new programme starts
