Communication with each other and the location

to use their site for filming.

Eleanor then received a phone call from the Theatre and an email in response. We will now have to maintain communication with the theatre to establish dates for filming.

Myself, Eleanor and Amos used social networking to our advantage and set up various group chats with each other and our cast to establish dates for filming and to allow us to communicate and update each other on planning and blog tasks. This helped us to stay organised and keep in regular contact with each other.

We found it quite hard to arrange a time in which both ourselves and the theatre could do, As the theatre had lots of shows on and we had college.

after many emails and calls had been exchanged it was finally decided that we would film on the 19th December 2014 at 9 am-12 pm. This is considerably later than previously planned in our schedule.
