Nowadays, communication tools are indispensable in our daily life. People use communication tools to chat, study, work and so on.

With more communication tools appeared, is it favorable to us? Or just exploit our freedom?

We’re going to discuss about why people use communication tools and how communication tools affect people.

Do you think that communication tools are ...?

• All of them think that communication tools are convenient and user-friendly.

• However, some of them disagree that they are efficient and all-purpose.

According to the survey, most of the people agree that communication tools are convenient and able to make our relationship closer. Also, it helps us to deal with some daily problem(for example, you can hand in your homework or work to your teacher or boss by email.)

However, someone who relying on it may even no longer communicate with other face-to-face. As a result, they may lose some communication skills like facial expression or gesture.

Therefore, we should not try to use communication tools instead of face-to-face communication totally, as communication tools can not entirely show our feeling. So, we should just use it as a tool for simple communication but not the only way to communicate.

All in all, if we use it wisely, it will definitely bring more good than bad.
