What we took What we changed What the new course includedModule 4: Listening SkillsPp. 32-49;Adapted the pedagogy, especially the 2 types of activities: Self Study, and Seminar Activity

Replaced all references to Bunda College with University of Jos;Replaced/provided trade union-specific scenarios and examples;added the controlling listener as a sub-type of listener to contrast with the empathetic listener;added the process of listening: predicting, receiving messages, attending, & assigning meaning.
