Course Description:
Success in todays work environment hinges on how efficiently an individual can not only
articulate his view point or ideas but also exercise influence and develop network ofrelationships through better communication and business writing skills. The days of using
Positional Power to carry out tasks in any organization are long gone. One needs the help and
support of different departments, peers, subordinates and even bosses to navigate through the
stormy waters of organizational challenges, issues and individual idiosyncrancies. It is therefore,
imperative that an individual comes to the party with requisite communication and business
writing skills to excel at the workplace as well as his/her professional career.
Challenges and issues related to Business Writing, Communication and presentation have been
addressed in this course. Practicing various tools, techniques & methodologies to overcome
these challenges are the part of the course.
