Anywhere doesn’t lock you into a “one size fits all” approach. TSI will work with you and tailor services to your specific challenges and goals, to ensure that full customer satisfaction is met. We’ll work in partnership with you and Anywhere will help support your business growth. This means you’ll be able to have as many or as few licences as you need, at any time. In addition, your licence price will give you access to 5,000 free minutes to landlines (for numbers starting 01,02,03) and mobiles (subject to a fair use policy where no more than 50% of the calls can be to mobiles). All other calls are charged.

Being in control of your costs

Enjoy the benefits of OPEX, not the burden of CAPEX: By managing your communications spend as an Operational Expense (OPEX) rather than Capital Expense (CAPEX) all pricing will be on a monthly subscription, and this will include remote support and updates. There will only be additional fees for installation, training and onsite support, if required. One supplier. One solution. One bill.

Meet on demand

Anywhere includes My Room – a powerful virtual meeting space that brings together HD voice and video conferencing, multi-user chat and desktop sharing. It’s all accessible at a click, through a simple and intuitive interface.

Each user has their own “room”, so there is no competition for setting times or conference IDs. And, invited colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners can connect using a simple “one click” browser link.

In addition, the system allows you to share documents peer to peer in the desktop app. And the Team One add-on, which is due to launch in 2018 quarter two, will add even more functionalities for collaboration.

Joe powers up his laptop and tethers it to his mobile phone. He opens the Dropbox app but the proposal he needs isn’t there.

Aaron dials Sam’s single number (which works across her landline and mobile). The call is immediately routed through to her by Anywhere Communicate.

Sam’s mobile app is showing all recent files they’ve shared. While still on the call, she taps to open the previous proposal on her phone, and can give Aaron an immediate answer to his pricing query.

Joe receives the conference details form Aaron on an email, and then switches back and forth between his email and his phone to enter the conference number and passcode. He enters the conference call five minutes late and Aaron is not impressed.

Joe emails the spec to his Manufacturing Director Liz, and tries to call her but it goes straight through to voicemail. He finally gets back to Aaron, but is informed that he’s just too late.

Aaron emails the conference call meeting invitation to Sam, and the conference details appear in her mobile app. This gives Sam seamless access to all her meetings in one user-friendly interface.

Sam emails the spec to the client team workspace in her collaboration app and then checks the availability of her Manufacturing Director Todd and Sasha, her Finance Director. Within 10 minutes, Sam calls Aaron back to give him the answers he needs.

Quick and easy conferencingAaron asks Joe/Sam to join a conference call with the Head of Purchasing, Sandeep, who is in the office for another hour and then on leave, and wants to talk through the terms of the contract.
