5 Stages of Development of the Group
Stage one: Formation characterized by polite interactions, frequent silence and members attempt to discover acceptable and unacceptable behavior

Stage three: Norming the group grows more cohesive. There emerges agreement on rules and processes of decision making.
Stage four: performing plans and tasks are well established in this stage and there is great focus on achievement.
