DICK’S SPORTING GOODS

DICK’S SPORTING GOODS RENOVATION – FAYETTEVILLE, NC.

During the year 2010, a local architectural firm located in Cary, NC sub-contracted

a few Dick’s Sporting Goods Projects to me. The first project was the Fayetteville,

NC project which was a renovation project, Pineville, NC project, which were a

new project that I helped another sub-contractor complete and the Lisbon, CT

project that was a new project that I worked on. I worked on these projects from

home but, only came into the architectural firm office, only when there were a

change, addition information needed to complete the projects or if there was a

meeting on any of these project. My role is to go to site to conduct a survey of the existing store, produce construction documents and attending site meetings.

Dick’s Sporting Goods – Fayetteville, NC, was renovated in stages so that the store

will remain in operation and open to the public for business. This project was completed on a timely manner.

Dick’s Sporting Goods – Pineville, NC, was a new project that was sub-contracted

out to another sub-contractor but, I helped them to complete the project to meet her deadline.

Dick’s Sporting Goods – Lisbon, Ct, was a new project. This project was completed on a timely manner.

THE NIBCAA– MPA

COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER AT MITCHELLVILLE

THE NIBCAA – (NEW BUILDING).

(Community Resource Center at Mitchellville)

This is a new project that was designed for The

NIBCAA. An organization that wanted to put an

office building on a piece of property that is

located

in Mitchellville, South Carolina. The first floor of

this office building has a banquet room on the

right

wings and an office spaces for rent on the left

wing with a receptionist in the center and the

second floor, is all office spaces thru-out. It holds

an elevator and two stairs. Both floors have

seating areas. This project is in a design stage

only and is presently on hold, waiting a decision

from the board of directors.

3. A new house designed on an existing

concrete foundation

Residential Design

Located in the Bahamas NEW HOUSE LOCATED on LONG ISLAND, BAHAMAS

HOUSE ON HIGH RISED LAND

NEW HOUSE LOCATED on LONG ISLAND, BAHAMAS

This beautiful design house was created base on the existing

foundation layout. It has a car garage and a very large rain water

tank. This new beautifully designed house is a two bedroom, two

bath house with a beautifully designed kitchen, dining room, very large living room and an upstairs lounge.

This project is located in Pinehurst, North Carolina. This house was designed

with a pool in mind and a detached carport and a beautiful designed landscape with a covered patio, from front to rear.

Manila, Philippines

This project will be located in Philippines. This house was designed with a

masonry on the bottom and wood on top. Designed column in front with a car

port. This is a 3 bedroom house, 2.5 bath, kitchen, living and dining room and

laundry at the rear. Beautiful designed landscape with a covered patio, from front.
